RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at borneocandlestudio@gmail.com. You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. Please send your product back to us unused and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible to cover the shipping costs of all return items. Returns are only applicable for full-sized candles.
