We'll chat, discuss and get excited about what we can create together. Once you're ready to move forward, we'll begin our production.
Step 3: Delivery
Relax and stay at home while you wait for your final products. The project timeline will depend on your unique requirements.

Which jar and sizes can I customise?
Our default candle sizes are our signature apothecary-inspired amber glass jars (1.7oz, 3.5oz and 7.7oz) and polycarbonate tea lights (0.5 oz).
Other forms of jars (custom order jars) could be specially sourced according to your requirements.
What is the lead time?
We may take up to 1-3 months, however this is dependent on your level of customisation.
The estimate lead time is as following, please note this may vary between projects:
i) Personalisation (add name) - 1 week
ii) Standard Customisation - 2 to 4 weeks weeks
iii) Custom Order Jars & Custom Bespoke Scents - 8 to 12 weeks
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is subjected as following:
i) Personalisation (add name)- 1 pcs
ii) Standard Customisation - 30 pcs
iii) Custom Order Jars/Custom Bespoke Scent - 100 pcs

With an extensive fragrance library of over 600 scents, we offer a high end customisation where you can create a unique scent just for your and your special event. Your inspiration, your way.

What goes into your candles?
Each of our candles is handcrafted with 100% soy wax from US-grown soybeans with IFRA-certified phthalate-free fine fragrance & essential oil blends and natural cotton wicks.
Our premium-grade ingredients are sourced worldwide, giving you quality non-toxic scented candles handmade locally.
Where are you located?
We are based in Malaysia (Sarawak) & Brunei Darussalam.
Due to the nature of our products, we currently open for customised projects within East Malaysia and Brunei, with selected products for Peninsular Malaysia.
Do you provide white labeling?
We do not manufacture white label products but we'll love to work with you on a collaboration basis. Contact us below.
