Candle Workshop FAQ
- Do you have other slots for the candle making workshop?
Currently we only have 1 session. Feel free to register your interest so you'll be the first to be notified if we do add more workshop sessions.
- What language will the candle workshop be in?
Our workshop will primarily be conducted in English, but don’t worry—we’re a trilingual team and can comfortably switch between languages. Whether you prefer Malay or Mandarin, we’re happy to accommodate so everyone can enjoy the experience fully.
- How long will the workshop last?
Our candle making workshop is approximately 60 minutes.
- Can I bring a friend if they haven't booked?
Please book a seat to guarantee a seat as our slots are limited.
- Can I take my candle home with me on the day of the session?
Yes, we encourage you to take your candle home the same day. To give your candle enough time to set, we suggest enjoying the workshop first, then exploring the pop-up market afterward.
- Can I get a refund on my workshop ticket?
Please note our workshop bookings are strictly non-refundable. All sales of workshop event tickets are considered final.
- What if I turn up late to the class?
We get it—sometimes traffic or parking can be tricky. We’re happy to accommodate late arrivals up to 10 minutes after the class starts, but we do recommend arriving on time to get the most out of the session.
- I’d love to host a private candle-making session with my friends, family, or team. How can I make this happen?
We can’t wait to meet you! Just send us an email at hello@borneocandlestudio.com and we’ll be happy to arrange a private candle-making session just for you. We’re available for private workshops with a minimum of 6 participants.
